Competencies & Learning Resources - Management & Administration


The Management and Administration area requires studies of and experience in the management and administration of instructional technology programs at the building, district, and regional levels. These must include: planning and utilization of facilities, budgeting, accounting and program reporting, managing information systems, grantsmanship, personnel administration, professional development, public relations, political realities, planning procedures, and research application.
