Shared
Goal. Lead a
group consisting of educators and others to the attainment
of a shared goal.
Introduction
What is the shared goal? What is the leadership
process you will use to reach the shared goal? Do group
members hold any conflicting goals? As you see leading a
group of people to a shared goal is a complex
undertaking. For this competency, discuss group
characteristics, methods used to manage group dynamics,
along with problems and successes with reaching the
shared goal.
