Launched in 1994 as a print publication also available in electronic form, CHANGE Connections is now entering its second year as an exclusively web-based newsletter. Currently issued quarterly, its goal is to provide CHANGE members and other scholars and practitioners of systemic change with a forum in which innovative ideas and techniques can be freely discussed among colleagues--even if they are not yet ready for scholarly or peer-reviewed publication. It also serves a key administrative function: that of providing a channel by which the Council's elected leaders can keep the membership and other interested parties apprised of important developments and events.
Members--or other scholars, students or practitioners with an interest in areas like systems theory, diffusion of innovations, or school reform--who would like to submit articles for possible publication here are encouraged to submit them by e-mail to the Editorial Board, or by post to the address indicated at the bottom of this page. Articles submitted in the first two months of a calendar quarter that are accepted for publication will appear in the issue that is posted after the last month in that quarter. For example, articles accepted during January or February will appear in the First Quarter issue posted after the end of March. Articles submitted during the last month of the quarter (in the above example, March) will generally not appear until the following quarter's newsletter.
Material published in CHANGE Connections reflects the personal opinions or work of the author, and does not necessarily represent the views of the CHANGE Council or of AECT. CHANGE Connections does not accept advertisements, or any material deemed to be prejudicial or offensive.
